Please Read
: Requesting you to read company’s policies to prevent future
misunderstandings.
1.
Please call or whatsapp us for any enquiry, we
will confirm your booking over call.
2.
Client may add or customize the package
according to their requirement (Extra charges will apply for extra items).
3.
Rented items (Ring stand, Table, lamps, etc)
will be taken back next day of event. Please do care of the items.
4.
We use Normal air balloons, if you require
helium balloons, please mention over call or whatsapp (Life of Helium balloons
will be 4-5 hour).
5.
Booking
Policy: Client needs to pay minimum 30% payment in advance for booking
6.
Cancellation
Policy: In case of cancellation of Decoration, 25% of TOTAL package amount is deductible as cancellation fees. No
cancellation is available on same day.
No Refund available on the cancellations of
Candle light and Room+ Decoration packages.
Refund Policy: We will initiate the refund in next 7-10 working days from the day of receiving the cancellation request.
7.
Decorator will not wait more than 20 mints to start decoration as he
have to go at further sites.
8.
Please provide table or stool for decoration.
9.
We use removable tapes for balloon fixing
(specially made for decoration purpose). for extra care, please remove balloons
within 24 hours to prevent any mark.
10.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences in
December to Feb as these are Near Year and valentine Months.
